In Conegliano, where the company was founded, we design and manufacture all our products in a 35,000 square meter facility that includes 20,000 square meters of production space. With over 180 employees, we are able to produce a wide range of bottles, jars and jerry cans for all major product sectors, also with a high degree of customization.Our offering of a complete product line has been further strengthened by the creation of a specific commercial company: PiQu sells caps, dispensers, sprays and trigger pumps, in line with the quality standards of Plastopiave products.

From design to mould making, from blow moulding of the product to customization with screen printing or labelling: a whole in-house process at our Conegliano premises.
A modern factory with advanced machines, some designed exclusively for Plastopiave, allows us to reach an annual productivity of 150 million pieces, about 800,000 per day, from smaller 10 cc capacity containers, to larger ones, such as our 10 litre jerry cans.

Respect for all our employees, consumers and the environment has guided us in the choice of new technologies and materials: the workplaces are lit by lighting systems that automatically optimize light output, machinery with quieter electrical movements has replaced that with oil circuits, a 5,400 square meter photovoltaic installation provides 250,000 kWh of power per year, and plant-derived bio-plastics and the additives that enable the biodegradability of traditional plastics have become part of the production cycle. All this translates into more comfortable and safer workplaces, lower energy consumption and environmentally friendly products.
